1. How are your problem solving skills, when faced with a problem what steps do you take to rectify the situation?

I step back and evaluate the situation, find the cause of the problem, is there a way to correct, if not try to remember not to repeat in the future and try to overcome by using the resources that are available depending on the exact problem. First and foremost for me is to find the cause of the problem.
