Do some background research on the DB, be prepared to discuss your experience and align it with the JD. They may ask what development actions you’ve been asked to work on in your current role! HR interviewer may ask you to describe the JD of the role you’re applying for, so make sure you ask questions about the role, as you’ll be expected to explain what you understand about the role in the final stage interview!
