I believe the interview process has changed somewhat since I came on in March of 2021. At the time, they had never hired someone outside of Indiana. Being from Pennsylvania, they had me drive out to Greenwood, IN on a Friday and spend the whole day there speaking to different individuals and taking assessments. I ended up getting the job and started the following Monday, but I did not have somewhere to stay. I had to drive back to PA and then turn around and drive back to IN to work my first full week in the office. I'm not sure how much of that still goes on.
