The guy that I interview with never call me back about a position, even though I have 10 yrs of security experience. I spent most of the interview trying to educated him on the difference between $0 dollars an hour and $11 an hour, because I was a Financial Analyst previously and thought it was low that I would apply for a position. Apparently, this was too complicated for him to wrap his head around even though he was supposed to some sort of "manager." 😏 If this is how you treat potential applicants, I can't imagine how you treat employees. I had a military pal that wanted to applt, as well. We both ended up going to G4S were they are a lot better.
