The interview process was seamless and fun. It was several steps with a total of 5 interviews, but the job was well-worth it. There was a phone interview with a recruiter, an initial interview, a follow-up interview and two team member interviews for quality assurance.

What was one of your most difficult challenges in your career and how did you overcome it?
Very comprehensive, thorough, and empathetic review process! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to interview at 22Squared, this is a great company full of bright, ambitious individuals. Thank you, 22Squared for all that you do!
First talked to HR, then Director, then about 4-5 peers in the office from different departments who I'd be working with on a regular basis. Overall I would say it was standard.
