I got a LinkedIn message from someone in Recruitment, and I engaged in a phone call with them after I supplied my resume. They called me and we had a great conversation. They said they would circle back with the team and get something set up for me to meet with them. I never heard back until three and a half weeks later via an automated email letting me know I had not been selected for the position. I reached out for further feedback, but now (over a week later) I still haven't received a response.
