I had 3 interviews with the team which were all positive, including a case presentation. The final interview completely took me by surprise. They use an asinine personality test which supposedly told them I'm not fit for the job after many interviews. Including somehow testing my IQ and entire personality. I feel like I've wasted my time and efforts on such a process.
