Interview is a 4-5 step process. First & second rounds are taken by Data Engineer and architect respectively which are purely technical. Third round is taken by leadership from US and 4th one is taken by Leadership again. After completing all the process(after 4th round) they come up with like we can't offer you your expected CTC. Best we can offer you is that you are currently drawing. Worst experience ever.
