The interview process took 5.5 months with almost no communication unless I reached out for an update. The recruiter also did not return various communications and had to go to another source for information. After 5.5, months and narrowing it down to two candidates, they sent us an email saying they have decided to close the position and not hire due to company re-org. They did not even both to take the time to make a personal phone call. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful.
