Extremely long hours, offered 8/hr, 6 days a week. Made it seem like you get a whole day off! Wow Sunday! Not very professional, there were agents sitting there talking about getting drunk that weekend with customers sitting there waiting.

Easy. One interview with a manager. Usually hired on the spot. They will go over some questions and then explain the process and what they do. Training will be provided. Great way to start in insurance.
