A customer has a problem that needs to be fixed immediately. To properly fix the problem you need to gather some information from the customer, but the customer is angry and impatient. What would you be MOST likely to do?

I would be extremely patient and kind. I would also let the customer know that I will resolve their problem as soon as possible, or find someone that could. I would also frequently check back with the customer and 'keep them on board' on how I am taking care of their situation. I would show the customer just how important their business with the organization is to our company.
