Unfortunately companies are judged on their profitability, not the character of its leaders. I have interviewed twice and without exception, I have found the leadership lacking in morals and integrity. My professional life is an extension of my personal life, it is for most nurses. Being in an environment filled with the kind of people I have encountered at Universal American, would either make me an outcast, or one of THEM. If you are smart, stay away. If you are desperate for work, STAY AWAY FROM Universal American. Your integrity is tied to who you associate with.
