2 rounds of interviews. First round is with hiring manager and second round is a panel interview. Overall process is good. Salary offers are on the low range and below market value.

Interview process was verify smooth had 3 phone conferences. One with the recruiter, second with the manager and the third was with the team. The interview format was very laid back they first introduced themselves and then asked me to tell them about myself. After the formalities they asked S.T.A.R. questions which if you prepare for them you should do great. Overall an easy and comfortable interview process.
