Finnair requires that all FA are able to swim, so you'll need to be able to swim 50m with no stops to start the recruitment process. There was a short interview held in the poor area before you swim. After the swim test, you'll be invited to the next step in the recruitment process. The interview process was smooth.

I applied and waited a while to hear back from them. After they contacted me I was invited to a meeting day and after that got an email offering me the position.
