Very good and smooth process was followed. They were looking for technical basics and ability to solve problem
Attitude was also tested. Motivating pannel was there at the interviews

The interview process contains three levels: 1) Aptitude and Coding Test 2) Technical Interview 3] HR Interview Aptitude and coding was very easy to crack. Technical interview was also not that hard.
