I first had a phone screen with one of the senior engineers from the team I interviewed during a virtual recruiting event (whose main sponsor was Abiomed). He asked me about school projects and work experiences I had and focused on After two weeks or so, I was contacted by HR person to go over compensation and the other stuffs. After that, they set me up with the team for the next week. It was 2 hours interview with 30 minutes session with four of team members including senior engineer, product manager, my future manager and director. The questions are mostly about behavioral questions. It seemed like they already decided to hire me and had interviews as the process. I received the offer by the end of the week.
