The interview process took about 4.5 hours, we basically sat around and talked about my experience and background as an engineer. I was told some pie-in-the-sky stories about how Acass-Systems was going to be the next best thing since sliced bread in the music and entertainment industry and they was walked around and shown the whole facility. After this I was asked when I could start working and told more stories about all the advantages and benefits there were to working at Acass-Systems. Overall the interview was very non-structured and at times tongue and cheek and unprofessional (foul language was used by the owner).
