Fairly straightforward interview. Nothing out of the ordinary, and nothing that was fairly surprising. Do expect a CAD skills test. This is a fairly outdated practice which very few firms do anymore, but just a requisite of their process. I can understand if they were asking for REVIT, but CAD test was a little surprising.
