Interviewer barely looks at your application. They make you read a script, similar to one you'll be using on the floor. There is an exorbitant amount of new hire paperwork. Show up to interview on time in business casual clothing. No jeans, shorts, or crazy hair colors. There are signs hanging in the waiting room telling you that they drug test, but it's just a scare tactic. They don't drug test you before hiring you.
