After applying and interviewing for several months, this was a breath of fresh air. There are many candidates for a single position, and they're looking to fill dozens, if not more so the applicant pool is large and the small recruitment team is doing their best; They even hosted a career fair at their HQ with a large turn out so bring your A-game. Process was quick and probably toook under three weeks total to sign offer. I had two phone interviews, one with recruiter and one with manager. One on-site interview with managers of two practices. One final call with the offer, then several emails to get everything signed and scheduled.
