I was contacted by email with one date/time proposal for an interview. I found it quite unusual that they requested an interview at 6:30pm on a Friday night. I accepted the proposed time. I then received my first phone call to confirm the interview appointment. It was a pretty generic interview. They asked if I was available to come back Monday morning for testing. When I arrived Monday morning I was given 4 tests. An IQ, aptitude, personality, and administrative test. The aptitude test was different from any other I have taken before. I was asked to read excerpts from Alicia in Wonderland and to repeat what I had read verbatim. They were checking to see how long I could go without omitting words. Like I said different! It took 2 days to hear from them regarding my testing results. But I was then offered the position.
