3 round of interviews. Your boss, your boss's boss and HR. interview was easy

Applied through LinkedIn. Interview was fair straightforward, the usual interview questions that you would expect. HR person was very friendly and kept me posted on the process. Gave me a call after the interview even though she has not received the decision from hiring manager. Was fairly quick to let me know the result, which I appreciate. The worst part with any hiring process is not getting rejected, but not getting any response after the interviews.
