Applied online and got invited for an interview with a director a few weeks later. The interview went well and was more of a conversation about my experience. It finished with a tour of the office and building. Despite a very positive interview and matching the job spec exactly with my past work experience, they said I was not a good fit for the role. Asking for feedback, all they said was the selection of candidates has been high - even though they are still advertising for the role. I suspect it's because they did not want to sponsor for a visa (Tier 4 -> Tier 2). Therefore I'm really disappointed they can't just tell the truth and say they don't want to sponsor. My advice is to avoid this company as they discriminate and lie.
