Entrevista
I had a group interview for Aldi for the position of Retail Assistant. There were approximately 80 people in the group, and the area manager spoke to us, running us through the values of the company as well as benefits of becoming an employee for Aldi.
After that we had the opportunity to have a quick one on one interview with a member of staff.
If accepted there is a one on one interview and a medical after this process.

It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage

Entrevista
Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Call interview. Got an email to schedule a time for a call interview and passed it.
Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).
