Very thorough. Multiple interviews, but the recruiter prepares you well. Can be intimidating with high-level employees on call. Told no work-life balance for first 2 years, but lots of room to make money if you're willing to do the work. Definitely takes a certain personality type

Speak to recruiter. Then, they set up interview with a few managers (mine was 3). If they like you, then you move on to next round of the interview process. Fairly basic interview questions.
