I got a referral from someone within the company. I got contacted by the company by e-mail to schedule a first call. It was just a quick introduction to both ends. Following that call I got invited to the first teams interview, where I spoke more in depth about my education and relevant experience. The interviewer was explicitly impressed and said he would like to continue with the recruitment process, and gave me a lot of hope, mentioning that I am the type of professional Alten would like to hire. After that, I didn't hear from them. No updates. I contacted HR for updates, who thanked me for the reminder, and said they will get back to me. In the end, again, they didn't say anything. It was disappointing.
