I applied online and completed the personality test on a Tuesday, and got called the following Monday. I was asked a couple of basic questions, like hours willing to work, if I have any tattoos showing etc., and then she invited me to do a group interview that Wednesday at 1800. I didn't know how to dress because I forgot to ask, so I dressed in business casual and arrived 15 minutes early. There ended up being about 8 people total who arrived, and I ended up being a bit overdressed compared to most everyone else, but hopefully that's what got me hired. The Manager and who was going to be my Supervisor greeted us, and took us upstairs to a conference room, where we all annotated on the sign-in sheet. The Manager explained that they usually did group interviews, but since our group was so small today, he would do 1:1 interviews instead. He then handed us all the AMC Stubs Rewards pamphlets and told us to look it over, and assigned an "interview time" by just going down the list of everyone who signed in and separating each in 15 minute increments. He told us we can walk around and do whatever, but to be back by our assigned interview time. Once it was my turn, I went in and he and my Supervisor looked over my past job and asked questions about it, and told me to ask any questions I needed to ask. He then asked about a time or reward I was proud of, what would I do to make a busy time at work go smoothly, a time when I've had to wait in a long line, and when I've been to a dirty restaurant. I think I wasn't answering those last two right, because he kept rephrasing these two questions over and over, or rephrasing my answer to those questions and making it another question (lol). After that, we did a quick roleplay where I had to sell them the AMC Stubs card, and that wasn't too hard. I basically gave them the facts about it, she mentioned she doesn't go to the movies often, so I had to sell it to her like that too. After that they said it was done, and that I could leave. If I got the job they would call me that night, if I didn't I wouldn't get one. I got a call about 3 hours later and that was it.
