It wasn't hard at all. If you got the interview you got the job. Basic questions but know how to sell things. You will need to sell stubs the new rewards program to the interviewer. Read the pamphlet and read the benefits of the reward program and sell the benefits. Be yourself and make eye contact. Be confident in your answers.

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
