Phone interview took less than ten minutes. The person controlling the interview was an assistant manager which was surprising. They seemed to be very disarming though which was nice. Here are the rest of the words that are required for this segment

Applied online filled out assessment was pretty in depth and was 30 min long but the questions were easy. Then got an email setting up in person interview. Was offered position and accepted.

Q: How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?
Sent application through the website online. Received a phone call from the manager about a week later. Then we met in person at the theatre to have an in person interview with basic questions. Was offered a job on the spot.
