The first part on the interview is pretty basic they ask an icebreaker question and then go on to ask questions like what do you think it takes to be an employee and what you think the hardest part of the job is. The hard part is pitching the membership at the end

How would you pitch our membership to someone who isn't already a member?
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
