The first set of questions was about my interests and hobbies as well as future goals, and then there was a part where we read reward levels and tried to memorize them.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work and school?
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
