Simple interview, straight forward. Lots of focus on customer support and if I was okay with night shift. Manager was understanding that I didn't have past job experience. I thought it was pleasant, better then some other interviews I had, worst than others.

Group interview, you had a partner to answer questions/demonstrate situations in front entire group. very uncomfortable especially if you and this complete stranger person could not vibe together on same page.
