A very slow process which led to hearing back months later. Not sure if there were issues internally but would’ve loved to be in the loop more about the status of my application

Scattered and unprofessional. Applied online and attended an open house event that had very low turnout. Met with the theater manager who presented the company and himself very well, though he was upset with the low turnout. I was scheduled for a 2nd interview (and told there would be a 3rd - seriously for a $13.00 hr job) the next day with an arrogant, self righteous a-hole who cursed about the in's & out's of his job during the interview and repeatedly coughed in the same hand that he extended to me for a handshake. He goes through the entire interview and THEN says "My fear is that bc you've worked in the corporate world for 3 years since managing a store, you'd be out of touch." Dude, you manage movie theaters, you don't save lives. Calm down and climb off of the high horse.
