I was contacted by the corporate recruiter, who brought me in to meet with her. After our in-person discussion, I took an automated assessment onsite. She called me a couple days later and scheduled an interview with the team with which I'd be working. I interviewed with 3 managers, including the VP of the division. It was a pretty laid back interview and they interviewers made me feel very comfortable.
