Applied online, phone call received a month later inviting me to interview. Filled out application, skills tested, writing tested, interviewed with a panel. Standard questions including what was my greatest weakness, how did i handle a problem i ran into, talk about how i failed and how i recovered, tell me about yourself and why we should hire you, why did you leave your last position, and the most difficult question was a scenario in which I was out in the field with an upset customer who wouldn't back down, I was to talk through the situation with her to try and calm her and give her options for resolutions. The panel of interviewers were positive, upbeat, but relentless. It was a good experience overall.
