I went through a very long interview process with this company that lasted almost 2 months and involved 4 rounds of interviews. I attended all stages, and by the final round it was clear they intended to make an offer. However, during the final discussion, the salary offered was extremely low despite my experience. This was not aligned with market standards nor proportional to the time, effort, and experience required throughout the interview process. For experienced candidates, this process is not worth the time investment unless salary expectations are clearly aligned upfront. I strongly recommend candidates to confirm the salary range early and be firm about their expectations before committing to multiple interview rounds.
