Team Character building session. Asked and gave 3 facts about a partner and then completed a team building exercise which was building a tower with spaghetti sticks and marshmallows. After that, we were shown around the store. The whole process took around 1hour and 30 minutes.

Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
