Group interview with tasks like making products from balloons and straws. Bag packing as a "work trial". 1-1 with managers with interview with basic questions about your experience and hobbies.
Group interview of around 15 people. Very relaxed and laid back. 3 other managers taking notes on us. Then had a quick one to one chat, very informal, mainly about what hours you could do
Standard competency questions, interviewer was pleasant, asked about education and employment history. Ultimately declined the offer due to receiving a more suitable offer elsewhere but would have been pleased to join
