A scenario was sent to me a few days before the interview, to read and think over. The first questions were about the scenario (what is happening? How would you handle the aftermath? What would you have done differently?) and the rest was based on experience, or how I would see ATLEU's work moving in the future. The panel was composed of three people, including one person from their Lived Experience Group. If I had been successful, I would have moved on to the second round of interviews, which involved meeting more of the experts by lived experience.
