Interview was fairly simple. Asked about background information in insurance, if you had reliable internet, and then did some role playing. I think it was fairly simple for me because it’s very similar to an agency I worked for before, so I was used to selling over the phone and that was something they were looking for.

Long process, takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete. Two with recruiter, then probationary period when you first start. If already licensed, then you should have no problem getting hired to this company or position.
