The HR/Technical person was themselves confused which role they were interviewing. They were highly confused between 2 different roles which were Technical Scientist and Support/Specialist. They were not telling the responsibilities of the job clearly. The questions were extremely basic and Non professional.They were just interested to hear good about the company. They seem to be relying on just the degrees no experience for senior roles required.It is highly annoying for me to go on there remote location and spend 2 hours on interview and then got rejected. They just need FANCY DEGREES,all old ladies running the business and doing false selections. Highly disappointing behavior from the Interviewing committee. No experience required just step in say good words about company and get selected. Lot of bias approaches like you know anyone here and all getting personal to them is key to success. Not a great company to get in,I am happy I got rejected.
