Completed a small test to spot the errors on numerous cheques between the figures and digits and building flat pack furniture with supervision from the Human Resources Department before the interview.

How would you deal with working with a difficult colleague?
Very positive, really getting to know the person and not just ticking boxes. It was a graduate position and the expectations were more about having someone who was motivated to work and would fit with the work environment.
Phone screening followed by individual interview. Technical and behavioural mixed interview. Research the company and familiarise yourself with the company's values and products. STAR interview prep is advised. Recommend having some questions ready for the interviewer.

They asked me about my experience within the medical device industry.
After clearing the pre-screening test, you will get a call from HR. This would be your telephone interview. They will go through your CV and get to know about you. They will explain what they expect from you in the role and see if you have any questions after which they will schedule your interview with hiring manager.
