Started with a phone interview with 1 manager, received call back to do in person group interview which entailed 3-4 managers taking turns asking general questions that requested specific instances where individual could give examples of handling day-to-day office issues. After COVID, not sure if they have continued their in person interviews but during COVID they were only doing 1x1 phone intervews and they seemed to be hiring alot of people that could not keep up with the job/work.
