Just received an interview call from HR. It's been two weeks and no update so far. I am just waiting for my response now. She said she already sent my resume to branch manager but after that no activity.

They call you and discuss what the job is like. They also have you spend half a day with a guy doing the very job you’re applying for you so you can get a feel for what it’s like. And then they finish off with a quick interview to hash out the details Overall I think it’s a good way to screen for candidates and that’s part of why they have such good retention
