I was recruited from my MBA college campus for internship. After 7 months post a performance review I was hired for a full time job as an Associate Manager. (Business Analyst Profile) Our interview was a two stage process with the first round being the group discussion, followed by a personal interview with mix of HR and functional questions mainly related to our course work, mainly role of a business analysts, different methods of effort estimation, and software engineering questions

There were 3 rounds of interviews. I was kept informed at all times about my candidature. The rounds were at regular intervals and the process was insightful. The people are friendly and helpful
