Applied and was sent worksheet to fill out. Filled out worksheet and was set up for phone interview. Waited for the call and no call only to follow up w an email later rescheduling it. Took phone interview, a little noisy and a lot of opened ended questions coupled with my lack of preparation on my part, did not give me a good chance. Followed up w thank you email with no response, but that was expected. Then I called to follow up and she quickly brushed me off and said she would contact me later. Never did hear back even to confirm I didn't get the job.

First I emailed my resume, then was asked to complete a sample work assignment. After I submitted that, a couple of days later we did a phone interview, and after the phone interview we did an in person interview where I was shown the ropes of what I would be working with.
