Initial recruiter interview, two interviews with managers, final interview with medical director. The process took about 2 weeks total. Straightforward and I had good communication from my recruiter. There was not a lot of transparency around salary and benefits, which I did see as a red flag. It also seemed like there was not much internal communication after each interview, as most of the questions were redundant.
