Friendly and direct. However, when I asked about the physical work environment, there was hesitation (this turned out to be a big reason I resigned). The interviewer was relaxed and competent; her questions were open-ended and reasonable. The entire interview took about 45 min. The job offer was made on the spot, however, I'd interned for this supervisor when I was an intern and the company was owned by a different business.
