Interview rounds consisted of recruiter screening, hiring manager round, technical round, round with cross-functional team (Client Success) and final round with head of ACX.
I had a good experience with all Ada interviewers and the recruiter I worked with was very prompt in answering all questions I had. In the end, I declined the offer as the salary bump was not substantial enough for me to switch jobs and on top of that, stock options are currently not offered at least in the APAC region which to me meant that I'm taking risks in joining a startup but I'm not given an opportunities to reap the benefits.
A large proportion of TC was also allocated to a variable bonus that's only paid annually which I wasn't comfortable with, although I was told that the company is working on making a switch towards a quarterly payout model.
