      Entrevista

      The process was clear and smooth, screening call with recruiter and day a full Tech Skills and Soft skills interview all on the one day with a decision the next day. I was happy with how the process went as it's clear that they are understaffed in the recruiting side of the business right now to manage with the amount of positions they have. The company has gone through many changes over the past year, they have adapted and stabilized and this was evident in all the meetings that I have had with the various team members who were all transparent and cleared any questions up I had.

      I've applied to this position from greenhouse.io . I've got an email that requesting for the first interview. There were only me & hr partner in the meeting details. I hoped to get detailed informations about position such as "relocation package coverage, team, project details". But no.. There was only the Director of Engineering attending to the meeting . He had : - NO idea about relocation - NO idea about team structures - NO idea about side benefits He wasn't even sure whether this company offers visa sponsorship or not. He took his notes, he promised me that he'll send an email that covers all the answers. (It's been a week, but still I got no response.) Since I had to ask the basic details, he couldn't manage the time. He keep complaining about it and blaming on me. Like... Seriously ? Is that my problem ?? I'm not even going to mention about the manager's disturbing attitude . . . Ada Health .. Let me clear one thing for you : Your recruitment process is pretty messed up. You don't even know what you're doing. You keep replying all the negative interview experiences in here with the same kind of positive, productive comments. But since you keep getting these kind of comments from applicants from the beginning of your existence, instead of pulling yourself together, you do NOTHING.
